We make shipments within Ukraine and international shipments every day, seven days a week (except for days when Nova Poshta branches are closed). Orders are shipped within 1-4 days from the date of ordering. During seasonal discounts, there may be delays of up to 5 days. The customer pays the delivery fee at the post office upon receipt of the order.

You can pay for your order upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or by courier (cash on delivery service). This service is paid and is charged by Nova Poshta according to the following formula: UAH 20 + 2% of the order amount.

 

 

TARGETED DELIVERY

When placing an order, the customer can choose targeted delivery (by Nova Poshta courier). Delivery is charged according to the postal tariffs.

 

 

DELIVERY TO A NOVA POSHTA BRANCH (POST OFFICE)

When placing an order, the customer can choose delivery to any operating Nova Poshta branch or post office. Delivery is charged according to the tariffs of the post office.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship Worldwide. The customer can choose delivery to any post office of his choice. We use Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest for delivery. 

DHL Express: 8-10 business days based on date when the order was placed.

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.  International customers are responsible for payment of any additional duties, import taxes, and brokerage or customs fees associated with an International shipment. In addition to the shipping cost, these fees will be added to the total at checkout and the order will ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes are non-refundable. In the event that you make a return or your package is returned to sender or is abandoned, the duties due on the package and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund. At no point can we cover or refund these fees.

Returns and exchanges

Any product purchased from our website can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after receiving the parcel without any traces of use (the product was not worn, all tags are intact).

Shipping costs or cash on delivery fees are not refundable, except for exchanges of manufacturing defects on our part. The exchange of goods is carried out within 3-5 days after receiving the parcel with the exchange from the client. In case of return, the money for the goods is refunded within 5 days after receiving the parcel to the customer's bank card. To exchange an item or issue a refund, you need to write to us on Instagram with a description of the problem. Your request will be processed within one business day.
